The Igniter’s ultra-fast action, together with its longer-than-most 11’ 9” format, provides the perfect combination for the ideal Switch rod. It offers ‘that bit extra’ in all the key departments; accuracy, line speed, reach and lift. The extra length and performance means the Igniter feels a cut above most Switch rods and all the positives are maximised.

Igniter’s Konnetic HD blank provides the recovery and backbone to allow compact casting strokes – we can form tight loops and beat the wind. Hitting the target more often and having consistent turnover is crucial when the pools are narrow or when flows are less. It’s usually in technical fishing conditions that we reach for a Switch setup, and the Igniter excels
