Making A Purchase
BREXIT:
As of January 1st 2021 the United Kingdom has sadly and misguidedly left the European Union.
We are pleased to report that BUSINESS WITH OUR EU FRIENDS AND CUSTOMERS WILL CONTINUE, but there will necessarily be changes to VAT for Member States. In consequence, when you get to the Checkout and enter your EU shipping destination, your order will be recalculated EXEMPT OF TAX, and it will be the responsibility of your own country to levy tax if there is any to pay.
If you have an order that was placed before 1/01/2021, where there are outstanding items, these will not be subject to VAT.
MAKING A PURCHASE could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Ordering - All prices quoted are in sterling (UK pounds) and includeVAT. Due to fluctuations in supplier price, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Although any such price changes will be applied instantly to this web site, allowing you to be aware of them before ordering. Errors and omissions excepted. Where the customer ie registered for VAT exemption, or where the delivery address is outside the EU, the tax will be automatically deducted at the checkout after the shipping destination has been entered.
Incorrect completion of the online order form, or attempts to avoid taxation or shipping fees by entering an incorrect country or province will be treated as an order failure, and may be referred to HMRC.

We reserve the right to substitute an item where appropriate to fulfill an order when we are unable to get a response from the customer.
In the event that an item is out of stock and we have no equivalent alternative at the same price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and void the payment authorisation.

These are based upon the total cart value, but exclude products supplied by Flyfish Europe, namely C&F Designand cetails Loon Outdoor products.
DISCOUNT COUPONS
Please note that these coupons/vouchers are only valid for a specific period, and are subject to the availabity of the product at the time of ordering.
They are not valid when included as part of high value orders which qualify for automatic cart value discounts.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Purchasing a Voucher
If only ordering a voucher and a card we will not charge postage for mainland UK.
We will contact you by email to establish the name and address of the recipient of the voucher and to ascertain whether you wish the voucher to be sent to you or the recipient.
Voucher Terms
The voucher may be exchanged for goods and shipping at Fly Fishing Tackle Co UK for one year from the date of issue. It may not be exchanged for cash in whole or in part but may be used to make up the balance for goods of a higher value.
How To Redeem A Voucher
To use a voucher please visit www.fly-fishing-tackle.co.uk, select the items required and enter the voucher number in the coupon code box on the shopping cart page. And continue the checkout process in the normal way.
On the payment method page enter your voucher code and value and complete A or B.
A - For total orders and shipping up to the value of the voucher select the Voucher option.
B - For orders and shipping in excess of the voucher value select the Secure Trading option. Please note the voucher value will not be reflected in the checkout amount, your card will be authorised for the full amount. On processing your order the value of the voucher will be deducted from your order total.

Shipping And Handling
BLADED ITEMS - Age Verification Required
As of November 1st 2019, in order to conform with the provisions of the Offensive Weapons Act 2019 (OWA) relating to the prohibition of online sales and delivery of blades to people under 18 years of age, we be using services which will require proof that the recipient is over 18 years old. This will involve the carrier service adopting the "Challenge 25" approach where the recipients will be required to provide a passport or driving licence for Age verification where the agent deems that they are under 25 years of age.
GENERAL NOTES
Due to the changing nature of parcel delivery, and Royal Mail's re-categorisation of parcel sizes there will be occasions when we will be unable to automatically estimate UK postal prices accurately for multi component orders. We will ship your order by the cheapest and most effective method possible, but we reserve the right to charge additional shipping where aggregate items change the overall weight and dimensions of the package sufficiently to put it in a new shipping category. We will endeavour to notify you by email of any change to shipping costs prior to sending.
SHIPPING COSTS & LIABILITY
Shipping costs are dependent upon package size, weight and value.
We endeavour to select the most economic and efficient delivery service for each individual order, depending upon size and weight. These companies have different terms and conditions in regard to the various items shipped, and many will not insure fishing tackle. Consequently we do not accept liability for items lost, delayed or damaged in transit.
Whilst we can provide proof of shipping or tracking numbers, we suggest that you insure your parcel separately to ensure reimbursement in the rare cases where articles are lost or damaged in transit.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING
Because overseas shipping costs vary considerably for package weights over 2kgs and for abnormal dimensions some shipping costs may be estimated. If your shipping cost is displayed as £50.00 this is purely an estimate and we will email you with the correct charge before processing your order. For this reason it is essential that you provide us with a correct email address. |
Delivery Schedule
We will normally dispatch your order within 7 business days.
DELIVERY TIMES:
UK - Delivery time normally takes between 1-3 days depending upon location within the British Isles, but may on occasion take up to 14 days.
OVERSEAS - Depends upon destination.
EXPRESS & SPECIAL NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICES
Mainland UK Zone 1, 2 & 3 Inc N Ireland - Normally these will arrive on the day following receipt of order, so long as the order is received before 10am (weekends and bank holidays excluded).
Please note: Next Day delivery to non-mainland UK addresses may take two days.
These delivery times are dependent upon Royal Mail and Parcel Force services and we accept no responsibility for the the delivery times in a situation where their service fails. |

For Peace of Mind, selected Snowbee Fly and Spinning Rods come with a 5yr guarantee. For the first 12 months of ownership, our normal manufacturers guarantee applies, covering you against breakage, or failure, due to manufacturing faults or material defects. For accidental damage during the first 12 months, or at any time beyond the first 12 months, up to 5 years from the original date of purchase, simply return the rod to Snowbee, together with the relevant fee to cover handling and Postage and they will replace the broken section, or the entire rod, at no extra charge. |

Returns Policy
All the products we sell are covered by the manufacturers 12 month warranty. During this period if any manufacturing or material fault develops, the item will be replaced, or repaired (at our discretion) without question. Please note however, that particularly in the case of waders and footwear, this warranty does not cover accidental damage, punctures or fair wear and tear.
Any item not found to be defective may incur a return freight charge, we shall require receipt of payment before returning the item.
Returns
• All returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA No).
• All RMA's must be received within 10 days of the RMA issue date.
• If you wish to return a product, please phone us on 01363 777783 to obtain an RMA number.
• Returns will take approximately 7 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
• Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
• Once your return has been processed, replacements will be shipped within 7 business days depending on availability of the replacement item.
Faulty Items
• All shipping back to Fly Fishing Tackle.co.uk is paid for by the customer. Please ensure that the box has your RMA # clearly marked on the outside of the package. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you a " proof of delivery". Fly Fishing Tackle.co.uk will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
• Any RMA returned found not to be defective may incur a return freight charge, we shall require receipt of payment before returning the item.
• Discontinued or end of life products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or exchanges will be made.
Non-Faulty Items
Unopened items can be exchanged within the first 14 days of purchase at the discretion of Fly Fishing Tackle.co.uk. All packaging and carriage costs to and from the vendor will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Where refunds are requested Fly Fishing Tackle.co.uk reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25%, a minimum of 15% will be charged. |
