The Phantom fly rod is A.Jensen's new top model, built to meet the highest standards and requirements of modern fishermen, whether in salt or in freshwater.
The blank is made of mega high density, unidirectional 45 + 50 ton IM8 Nano Carbon, and they have used SBD and AHT Technology to develop this super light power house.

The action is unbelievably crisp, fast and powerful but still with that great sensitivity A.Jensen build in all their rods.

Among the models you will find two 8’ models.which A.Jensen have designed especially with Saltwater and Predator fishing in mind. They are so light and yet so powerful, that it is hard to believe. The very well balanced NORDIC flyrods are perfect rods for the intermediate fly fisherman/caster. The medium fast action gives you good line control, but still with plenty of power for long casting.

A.Jensen have designed their NORDIC fly rods using Advanced Helical Taper, which assures the rod is a great fishing tool and not just a stiff casting tool as are many other rods in this price range. It is a joy to fish and play fish on and it is easy to cast due to the “forgiving” action.

Even though this is not the most expensive rod in the A.Jensen range they have not skimped on fittings. For the handle they use top quality AAA grade Portuguese corkand shooting guides are from the best in the business at present time - American Tackle.

When you take the price into consideration, the NORDIC rods are exceptional good value for money.
