At 14' and rated to cast 3.5 to 7ozs, this Surf rod features a 24-ton carbon blank with a progressive but fast taper action making it ideal for casting with simple overhead casting styles, as well as more powerful techniques such as off-the-ground. Can be used for standard clean beach surf fishing but also has the power to be used for mixed rough ground fishing when targeting bigger cod, huss and brass.
