Snowbee Deep Blue Charter Boat Rods

3 Piece blanks which pack down to just 3ins. Using Snowbee's well proven Ti-Modulus Carbon Technology, they have emplyed a subtle mix of carbon fibres down through the blank, achieving a smooth power curve, every bit as good as a single pice blank, with no 2flt spots" on the joints.

The 7ft 6in blanks are the ideal length for the charter boat angler or inshore boat fisherman. Fitted with strong, but lightweight graphite reel seats and SiC lined rings throughout, the rings are well spaced to hold the line off the blank, even under maximum load. The blanks are finished in a lustrous deep blue with subtle self-colour whippings and cross whippings in red, gold and silver.
The high density foam grips offer all day comfort and warmth, for winter fishing and there is a gimbal fitting as standard on all models, with a foam cover. The rods come in a nylon rod bag, with mesh front to allow them to dry naturally, plus a hanging loop for easy storage.

Penn Rampage Boat Rods

Penn Rampage Boat. A range of three boat rods covering 12/20, 20/30 and 30/50lb line classes. Built using a special mix of 24-ton carbon, these 4-piece, lightweight, slim diameter blanks feature a modern fast taper action with supple tip, but with power feeding in quickly through the mid-section into a stiff butt for maximum pressure to be applied when they reach their full compression curve. They are fitted with Fuji rings, an EVA fore grip and aluminum reel seat. The 4-piece construction makes for easy transportation.

The Rampage Boat Rod is also available is a 20/30lb class rod designed specifically for braid. This comes in the proven long tip, short butt format to maximise blank action performance, and sports a supple tip and upper mid-section, but with power progressively coming in from the mid-section in to a stiff butt to give real lifting power. The supple tip compensates for the non-stretch qualities of braid and protects potentially light hooks holds when fighting fish up from depth.
