The new Hydros Reel Series features a scaled drag surface that increases total drag surface by model: The larger the reel, the larger the drag surface and the more resistance available to handle larger fish. Using stacked carbon washers in a totally sealed configuration, controlled by a positive click adjustment system, the Hydros can be fine tuned to handle any fish from a trout to a tuna with sustained and infinitely durable drag pressure. The large arbor multiplies retrieval rates, eliminates line coil and significantly reduces fatigue during multiple hook-ups. Behind the Concept
Fly fishing is supposed to be a sport of rhythm, harmony and relaxation. One free of sudden unnatural moves, without pressure, a sport where we work by instinct to become one with our line, rod and reel. Nowadays technology makes lines easily follow our moves, rods strongly support our casts and forgive our mistakes. Hence, if we are not after small fish fighting straight from the line and using our reel just as a line storage device, we would say, a fly reel is supposed to fulfil the same requirements as our line and rod, namely to follow our instincts and forgive our mistakes aswell.

Vision XLA Hard Reel

The Vision XLA is lighter, tougher and more beautiful than before. New machining and Spool design has further reduced weight, while an all-new hard anodized finish offers protection to a different level than ordinary reels. At it’s heart, XLA has an extremely advanced ATH™ sealed drag and bearing system. You need never worry about water, sand or dirt. Having the smoothest brake system possible is essential. It also has to work wet or dry and be precisely adjusted. XLA drag system delivers. In sizes from 4-5 up to 8-9 there is a Teflon stainless steel drag. The brake power is tuned higher to match the reel size. In sizes 9-10 and 11 the brake material is graphite to increase the power but still keep it smooth. These reels are designed to perform at the highest level for year after year.

Loop Tackle Design has always been known for designing the highest quality fly reels on the market. So when they set out to create a series of “diecast” reels, they knew they had to be built to the same standards as their other great reels.

In other words, they needed to be completely waterproof and offer the same Power Matrix Drag System that is incorporated in our other machined reels. The inter-workings of the new Multi Reels are of the highest standards, and when their first prototypes started arriving, they knew they had accomplished their goal. Vision XLB Spey/Salt

Based on the successful and trusted XLA brake system, the XLB series is quite different from our earlier designs. We did not look for the lightest weight design. We wanted to have a more heavyduty construction that allowed us to build a very stable micro-adjustable brake system. Graphite and Stainless Steel drag surfaces give increased stopping power. Flex within the XLB framework has been almost eradicated giving superb performance through the entire drag range and in even the toughest environment. Fully machined from bar stock and triple coated anodised finish for corrosion resistance.

Vision Koma Fly Reels - Salmon

Koma reels are the most advanced value reels in the market. We have used the latest die cast - semi machined technology in all Komas. This makes them durable and light in weight. They are actually lighter than most fully machined reels available. All Koma models have Vision design PU handles and quick spool release. The XLA based drag and bearing design is protected from dirt. The finish is lustrous titanium or tough matt black.
