Breathable material technology has made remarkable advances in the past few years, advances seized upon by material technologists to produce the latest generation of high-tech garment layering systems.
The progressive fly fisher has also been quick to see the advantages of these ultra lightweight, high performance fabrics to improve all day comfort, in any weather conditions.
The new Snowbee Geo utilises the very latest thinking in material technology. The ultra lightweight Nylon Dobby outer shell is laminated to our Vapour-tec breathable membrane plus an inner 30D Poly tricot lining for durability.
• Constructed from lightweight 3-layer laminated Nylon Dobby.
• Hydrostatic Pressure (waterproofness) of 20,000mm of H20.
• Breathability of 10,000g/m2/24 hrs.
• Full length front waterproof zip, with inner storm flap.
• High, fleece lined collar, with integral hood, which folds away inside collar when not required.
• 3-panel integral hood with adjustable draw cord, stiffened rain peak plus rear hood adjuster to pull the hood back off your face.
• Massive main front pockets will swallow the largest of fly boxes.
• In front of these there are welded front pockets, with waterproof zip.
• Fleece lined, zipped hand-warmer pockets for added warmth.
• Two large front, internal cargo pockets, with waterproof zips.
• Two front coiled retractors for snips & accessories.
• Underarm waterproof vent zips for additional ventilation in hot conditions.
• Welded sleeve pocket with waterproof zip.
• Large flapped rear pocket for spare clothes etc, with short, waterproof side zip, for easy access to water bottle, spare spool etc.
• Articulated, reinforced elbow patches for comfort and ease of movement.
• Cuffs fitted with the original Snowbee waterproof cuff design -an inner adjustable waterproof Neoprene cuff, plus an outer cuff with Velcro strap adjuster.
• Adjustable elasticated waist draw cord with toggle-locks.
