Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Ordering - All prices quoted are in sterling (UK pounds) and NO VAT will be added. Due to fluctuations in supplier price, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Although any such price changes will be applied instantly to this web site, allowing you to be aware of them before ordering. Errors and omissions excepted.

Special Offers & Free Gifts - All special offers are subject to availability. Free gifts and special offer discounts are only available at the time of ordering. The free gift offer may not appear on your order, but the item will be sent if the requirement of the order is met.

VOUCHERS
Purchasing a Voucher
If only ordering a voucher and a card we will not charge postage for mainland UK.
Please note: If ordering a voucher of value under £40.00 there is a default shipping charge of £2.50. Although your credit/debit card will be authorised for this payment, no actual shipping charge will be taken from your card. We will contact you by email to establish the name and address of the recipient of the voucher and to ascertain whether you wish the voucher to be sent to you or the recipient.

Voucher Terms
The voucher may be exchanged for goods and shipping at Fly Fishing Tackle Co UK for one year from the date of issue. It may not be exchanged for cash in whole or in part but may be used to make up the balance for goods of a higher value.

How To Redeem A Voucher
To use a voucher please visit www.fly-fishing-tackle.co.uk, select the items required and follow the pages through the checkout process.

On the payment method page enter your voucher code and value and complete A or B.

A - For total orders and shipping up to the value of the voucher select the Voucher option.
B - For orders and shipping in excess of the voucher value select the Secure Trading option. Please note the voucher value will not be reflected in the checkout amount, your card will be authorised for the full amount. On processing your order the value of the voucher will be deducted from your order total.

Shipping And Handling
UK mainland Zone 1: Free delivery on orders more than £40.00 and just £2.50 for any order less than £40.00.
For Zone 2 and UK non-mainland delivery there will be a charge of £3.50 for small items and £6.50 for large items.
Next day delivery is available for Zone 1 orders only. The charge for this service is £6.50 for small orders and £7.50 for large orders.

If you live in Zone 2 or outside mainland UK please select the appropriate shipping class when ordering.

For OVERSEAS orders please contact us first for a quote before ordering online.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally dispatch your order within 7 business days.

DELIVERY TIMES:
Delivery time normally takes between 1-3 days depending upon location within the British Isles, but may on occasion take up to 14 days.

EXPRESS & SPECIAL NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICES (Mainland UK Zone 1):
Normally these will arrive on the day following receipt of order, so long as the order is received before 10am (weekends and bank holidays excluded).

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
No Tax charges will be added to any of our goods.

Guarantee
All of the products that we sell are covered by the manufacturers 12 month warranty.

For Peace of Mind, selected Snowbee Fly and Spinning Rods come with a 5yr guarantee. For the first 12 months of ownership, our normal manufacturers guarantee applies, covering you against breakage, or failure, due to manufacturing faults or material defects. For accidental damage during the first 12 months, or at any time beyond the first 12 months, up to 5 years from the original date of purchase, simply return the rod to Snowbee, together with the relevant fee to cover handling and Postage and they will replace the broken section, or the entire rod, at no extra charge.

Returns Policy
All the products we sell are covered by the manufacturers 12 month warranty. During this period if any manufacturing or material fault develops, the item will be replaced, or repaired (at our discretion) without question. Please note however, that particularly in the case of waders and footwear, this warranty does not cover accidental damage, punctures or fair wear and tear.

Any item not found to be defective may incur a return freight charge, we shall require receipt of payment before returning the item.

Returns
• All returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA No).
• All RMA's must be received within 10 days of the RMA issue date.
• If you wish to return a product, please phone us on 0845 644 8230 to obtain an RMA number.
• Returns will take approximately 7 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
• Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
• Once your return has been processed, replacements will be shipped within 7 business days depending on availability of the replacement item.

Faulty Items
• All shipping back to Fly Fishing Tackle.co.uk is paid for by the customer. Please ensure that the box has your RMA # clearly marked on the outside of the package. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you a " proof of delivery". Fly Fishing Tackle.co.uk will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
• Any RMA returned found not to be defective may incur a return freight charge, we shall require receipt of payment before returning the item.
• Discontinued or end of life products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or exchanges will be made.

Non-Faulty Items
Unopened items can be exchanged within the first 14 days of purchase at the discretion of Fly Fishing Tackle.co.uk. All packaging and carriage costs to and from the vendor will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Where refunds are requested Fly Fishing Tackle.co.uk reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 25%.
